GUVY Clothing LLP ("GUVY", "we") runs a made-to-measure menswear shop at 3rd floor, 25, Kavuri Hills Rd, Kavuri Hills Phase 3, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at +91 97050 76076, or by email at guvyclothing@gmail.com.
guvy.in is our public shopfront: our fabrics with prices, guides and contact details. Anyone can browse it — there is no account and no password.
Our customers also receive a personal link on WhatsApp (an address beginning guvy.in/my/…) where they can follow their orders, look at new fabrics and ask us to call them back.
We do not ask who you are, we do not use advertising trackers, and we do not set cookies. Your browser remembers one setting for you — whether you like the fabrics shown two or four to a row — and that stays on your device.
We count visits to this website anonymously, so we know how many people visit and what is useful to them: which pages and fabrics are looked at, whether WhatsApp or call buttons are tapped, the kind of device (phone, tablet or computer), the website that sent you here (for example a search engine), and the approximate city, worked out from your internet connection. We do not store your IP address, and the visit code we use changes every day, so it cannot be used to recognise you or follow you over time.
Like every website, the pages, fabric photos, fonts and the map are delivered by our service providers, which receive the technical details any website visit involves, such as your IP address and browser type.
Your name and phone number, which you give us when you contact us or visit the shop. The details of your orders — garments, measurements, style choices, fabrics, trial and delivery dates, and your bills and payments.
When you open your personal link we record that you opened it, the approximate town or city you opened it from (worked out from your internet connection, not your phone’s GPS, and never more precise than the city), which fabrics you looked at, which you added to your list, and whether you asked us to call you. We use this only to know which fabrics our customers like and who has asked to be contacted. It is never used for advertising and never shared for advertising.
You can pay at the shop by cash, card or UPI, or online by UPI. We record the amount and how you paid (for example cash, card or UPI). We never see or store your card details or UPI PIN — UPI payments are handled by your own UPI app and banks.
We send order updates and bills on WhatsApp. We may also send our customers news of new fabrics and offers. If you do not want these, reply to us or tell us at any time and we will stop them — your order updates and bills will continue.
Messages are delivered through WhatsApp (Meta) and our messaging provider, AiSensy, who handle them on our behalf.
If you comment on one of our Instagram or Facebook posts, or message us there, we see your username and what you wrote, so that we can reply. Some replies to common questions are sent automatically; a person from our team handles everything else.
Some of our replies include a link that opens WhatsApp for you. When that link is opened we record that it was opened, when, and basic technical details about the browser — this tells us which posts lead to a conversation. The link alone does not tell us your name or number; we only learn those, as normal, once you message us on WhatsApp.
We do not sell your information to anybody, ever.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to stop marketing messages, or ask us to delete anything we are not required by law to keep. If you are unhappy with how we handled a request, write to the same email address and we will look into it.
The link we send you is private to you. Anyone who has it can see the progress of your orders, so please do not forward it. If you think someone else has it, tell us and we will replace it — the old one stops working immediately.
Your information is stored securely, protected by access controls — only our staff and our software can reach it. The public website can only read our fabrics and, through your private link, your own orders.
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children through it.
If we change how we use information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
